What should we wear?
Just be yourself and let your creativity shine. Choose clothing and accessories that reflect your personality and the image you want to share with friends and family.
What if someone in our group has a "difficult" time smiling for the camera?
Ha! We hear that all the time! Our unofficial motto is "Don't worry, we'll make you look funny!" and that goes for energetic toddlers, moody teens, and grumpy adults too - in fact, when we see someone with an "exceptional expression" we find ways to incorporate that into the shoot and work with it!
How long does a photo session take?
A typical session lasts 30-60 minutes, including setup and shooting time, but we also offer special longer sessions.
Can I choose the location for my photoshoot?
Yes, we offer on-location shoots at your preferred setting or can suggest suitable locations.
When will I see my photos?
You will have access to a gallery full of your best shots within 1 business day of the shoot.
Do I get to choose the photos you will edit?
Yes! We only edit & retouch your favorite images from the gallery.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive your edited photos within one week of selecting your favorite images.
Do you offer retouching services?
Yes, all packages include professional retouching and we make every effort to accommodate any editing requests that will help you look your best in all your final shots.
What if I don't like my pictures?
During your shoot, we'll show you previews of your pictures in real time and work with you to make adjustments to your poses, expressions, hair, and wardrobe to ensure you are confident that we nailed the look you need! ...but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you aren't happy with your pics when you see them later, we will either schedule a reshoot or provide a full refund.
